Meet Jessica

I’m Jessica Painter – an educator, curriculum writer, and literacy consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting children, families and learning communities. 

My work centers on early literacy and foundational reading skills, helping parents and educators understand what children truly need to become confident, capable readers.  I believe that clarity matters – especially in a field that often feels overwhelming and contradictory.

I’ve worked in classrooms, curriculum development, and educational publishing; and I bring both research and real-world experience into every conversation. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and rooted in respect for how children learn and grow. 

As a Christian, my work is guided by a belief that learning is formative – shaping not only skills, but hearts and minds.  I am passionate about equipping parents, educators, and churches to build learning environments that are both developmentally sound and Christ-centered.
